7. Right of objection

If your personal data is processed on the basis of justified interests in accordance with Art. 6, para. 1, sentence 1 f) GDPR, you are entitled to file an objection in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR to processing of your personal data insofar as reasons prevail arising from your particular situation or the objection is directed against direct marketing. In the latter case, you have a general right of objection which is implemented by us without necessitating the indication of a particular situation.

If you wish to exercise your right to objection, simply send an e-mail to datenschutz@ihreapotheker.de.

8. Data security

During visits to the website, we use the popular SSL process (Secure Socket Layer) in connection with the highest encryption level supported by your browser. This usually involves 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we rely on 128-bit v3 technology instead. The locked key or lock symbol in the bottom status line of your browser indicates whether an individual page of our website is transmitted encrypted. This is also indicated by the https:// prefix in the address line.

We also use suitable technical and organisational security measures to protect your data from random or intentional manipulation, partial or full loss, destruction or unauthorised access by third parties. We are continually improving our security measures in line with technological developments.

9. Topicality of and amendments to this data privacy statement

This data privacy statement is currently valid and was last revised in September 2019.

Amendments and/or developments to our website or amended statutory or official specifications may necessitate an amendment to this data privacy statement. You can view and print out the currently valid data privacy statement at any time on the website https://www.ihre-apotheker.de/datenschutz.
